Rich, Jeff, and the crew were tremendous. They took our basement from an unusable space to a luxury retreat. They were able to configure a full bathroom, separate laundry room, rec/living area, and even added a LEGO room for our 3 kids with only a limited amount of sq ft to work with. Their craftsmanship is amazing. We had several special requests that other contractors had balked at, but they were enthusiastic about them, and even offered further suggestions. We are thrilled with the job they completed, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future. Absolutely recommend Legends Home Innovations to others!!

Rich from Legends was totally professional and reliable. They quoted me a price and time line and kept to both. They were on time , did a beautiful remodel of our bathroom, and cleaned up all areas before leaving. The thoroughness and detail of the contract, along with the overall knowledge of the contractor were the deciding factors in hiring this company over two other estimates that I received. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them in the future if I have other remodeling needs.

I'm not sure how to classify what the pros at Legend did for me. I discovered I had a major problem with water entering an outside wall in a house due to a bad gutter. The entire outside wall was water damaged as well parts of the foundation's band and seal and the sub-flooring. Everything needed replaced and rebuilt due to rot, water damage , and ants which love the rotted wood. Legends handled everything from demolition to the last finishing detail. They rebuilt the room's entire outside and inside wall. repaired the foundation, reset the windows, rehung the siding and gutters, finished the inside wall and trim. You would never know the was a problem now, everything from start to finish, in less than a work week. They arrived bright and early every morning and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. They finished just under budget and ahead of schedule.I could not be more pleased, I've used the pros at Legends before and am sure I will again in the future.

I'm incredibly happy with our front deck! Everything is fit very well to match the front of our house and the way it is set up to allow us to use the hose still is great! It's really designed so custom, it's perfect for the grade of our property and house layout. There's no way we could have done this on our own. We had roofing work done too because the person who repaired it just months before had done it wrong and it was leaking horribly! Thank God Legends Home Innovations helped us out! Everything has been fine since they fixed it, even with all the rain we have had. I highly recommend Legends if you have unique projects because I really feel like every project we hired them to do was thoroughly thought out and done with care.

Love it, love it, love it! Had left leg amputated, now in wheel chair. Had to make our home wheel chair accessible especially bathroom/washroom area. Had my small bedroom and existing small old outdated bathroom with blue fixtures & pink tile with just a tub, no fan and no electrical plug anywhere turned into a large new and beautiful bathroom with an area for my washer and dryer. They tore down a wall and gutted everything and started from scratch. They put in everything I wanted in a bathroom. Just to name a few, 2 New windows, a huge walk-in (wheel in) shower, a pocket door, ceiling fan, 2 huge closets, 6 (count them 6 outlet plugs!) a new sink with cabinet and gorgeous handmade stone counter top (that they made themselves) and a nice new area for my washer and dryer, since I cannot get down to the basement anymore. They cleaned up as they went so there was never a big mess. Happy with the price, work and time frame work was done in. Will hire again and again since I have a lot more updating to be done to our home.
