He repaired dry rot on two of four footings on a large patio cover, rewired water damaged light switches, replaced fascia board on a section of roof, rebuilt an RV gate, installed and wired a new outdoor light fixture, and painted everything that needed it. He "knocked off" five big projects on my must do list in four consecutive days. Great job all around with fair pricing. He also made ramps for my truck and trailer to get up over the curb with the scraps of the lumber left over, at no additional charge. Very cool. I highly recommend him."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Encore Builders to upgrade the front yard of my hillside home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Brandon and OZ are fabulous people who very obviously know what they are doing. The team at Encore Builders carefully evaluated the soil conditions, selecting the perfect type and color of mulch to complement the natural surroundings. Now I never even knew what mulch is but the guys explained every step of the process. they explained that mulch would keep the plants we installed hydrated even during the hot LA summers. Mulch has temperature regulating properties that would protect the roots and enrich the soil promoting growth. Ummm where has mulch been my entire life???? Speaking of plants, Encore Builders went above and beyond in helping me choose the right ones. I wanted it mostly green but just a tiny pop of color. They took the time to understand my preferences, as well as the specific sunlight and soil requirements of each plant species. I think that we ended up picking out is a gorgeous blend of foliage that accents the contours of my property. Moreover, the team at Encore Builders meticulously positioned each plant, taking into account factors such as spacing and growth potential to create a balanced and visually appealing landscape. They showed up early every day and worked long hours, 6 days a week. They were all experts in their work. We were impressed with their skills.
