    Bruce was so helpful in explaining his process and showing the high quality work that he produces. He brought a portfolio to show not just tell us about other projects heÂ’s done- he even provided references for a local surveyor which made our lives a bit easier. Highly recommend!

    I've only just started the project and so its too early to give a comprehensive review. I would however venture to say that so far so excellent! Bruce is an extremely experienced and knowledgable architect and it shows. He is also an honest, decent and very respectable gentleman. The kind of friend that you just enjoy sharing your ideas with and getting their opinion. He also brings many out-of-the-box ideas to the table, most of which I accepted. I have an extremely challenging (steel building) design task to be completed and I'm looking forward to seeing Bruce's work.

    Bruce is an excellent architect with lots of experience. He worked with us on our home addition and made modifications to a plan to meet our projected budget. The level of detail in the plans is extraordinary and makes it easy for the contractor to complete the work with expertise and stay within our budget. He balanced our needs with a design that matched the style of our existing home. We believe we spent our money wisely on his top quality designs.

    Bruce is competent. We decided that the project he was recommending was not within our current budget and he didn't offer less expensive options, so we have stopped working on the project for now. The costs were more than we expected, but that may have been our lack of understanding, not his problem.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
