"I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. He was very pleasant, courteous & thorough in his work. His communication was excellent & respectful each time I texted or called him (not like other contractors). His crew of three were also hard working. They were prompt in arriving to the job each of the 4 days and were very clean. This is my rental property. I and my tenant were concerned and stressed about the tile installation while living there but Elton was very accommodative and completed the project with little interruption in my tenants life. My tenant and I liked the finished tile work very much. Cost of the project was reasonable even though I paid a little more than other estimate but it was well worth it because of his promptness, cleanliness and thoroughness. "We hired Ardian/Home Line Construction after meeting with 3 companies (we actually had a 4th estimate scheduled, but they never showed up for the appt.) to repair our front sidewalk. We ended up totally replacing it, as well as the walkway along the side of our house, where it meets the foundation. Once the front sidewalk was excavated, we realized that we needed to re-build the retaining wall for the front garden bed, because the wood wall was rotted at the bottom and the dirt was pushing it over. Ardian is a hard worker and has a lot of pride in his work. He also cares a lot about the customer being happy with the end-result! As our project continued to evolve, he was fair and flexible to work with. So, we added a new stone-faced retaining wall with a bluestone cap to our project, which led to us re-facing the front of our house with stucco and stone, as well as repairing/re-facing the front steps and the mailbox post, with matching stone and bluestone caps. It looks like a whole new house! My friends and family, as well as passing neighbors, are amazed by the transformation... talk about curb appeal! The attention to detail made such a big difference! "Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. "They are really fast and efficient! I had damage to my roof which required a replacement and they did my roof in one day! I say this because post hurricane Ida I have observed a lot of my friends needing the same service and watching their contractors take far longer. In addition to that while they do mostly exterior work they also fixed the leaking ceiling by replacing Sheetrock. I did not have to call multiple people to get my issues resolved. My next project will be my long awaited deck renovation and they will be the ones I call! They showed me a complex deck project they were working on and letâ s say itâ s bigger than the size of my house! Quite impressive! Aside from the noise of removing the shingles and the pressurized gun you would never know they were there. Very easy team to work with. You really didnâ t feel like you had to change your day drastically because they were there. I also found them to be highly competitive!!! Bottom line that is what we look for. "I came across a tutorial (Duraamen.com) more than a year ago about applying concrete over a plywood floor (for 2 bedrooms). I was actually going to attempt to do this myself....but my husband wouldn't let me. So, I contacted Duraamen directly and asked if they could provide names of contractors in my area. This is how I found Marco. We had concrete added to 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom and part of my laundry area. I am beyond happy.
